Linda Spraggins

Linda’s passion in Pole Dancing  began several years ago upon the advice of her doctor as an alternate form of working out.  She wanted a fun, yet challenging workout and she found the typical gym routine utterly boring.  She loved her Pole Fitness Classes so much that she decided that she would become certified and became an instructor so she could share her new found love with other women.

Linda is a huge proponent of Pole Fitness for ALL women.  Her students rang in ages from 18 through 75.  In an effort to further promote Pole Fitness and all it’s benefits she became Co-Founder of Miss Texas Pole Star Competition.  MTPS is the original and 1st competition representing and promoting Pole athletes and artist in Texas.  Linda has a strong commitment to Pole Fitness and supporting women of all ages to explore this sport.  She is a Certified Pole Instructor and Lap Dance Instructor.
